Opening chat on a product or collection page supplies that page as background for your questions. Page changes keep your earlier messages so you can scroll back or refer to previous products.
Clear chat removes the conversation from this browser and starts a fresh one. It does not delete information already sent to Litherra or OpenAI. Closing the panel keeps your chat. Provider retention depends on the site's OpenAI account settings.
