Where can I find the right manual for my equipment?

Match the document to the exact product model and revision before using installation or operating instructions.

  • Getting started
  • Maintenance

Start on the documentation page, where you can browse installation guides, technical specifications and warranty documents. You can also open the relevant product page to look for the documents associated with that product.

Identify the exact model

Use the model name or number on the product label, your invoice or the handover paperwork supplied by your installer. Similar names can refer to different versions. If a document lists a revision or a range of supported models, check that your equipment is included.

A photograph of an accessible label is useful when asking for help. Do not remove covers or enter an unsafe space to find one; your installer may already have the details in the installation record.

If a document is missing

Contact the team with the model details and say whether you need operating guidance, installation information, a specification or warranty terms. If you already have a document but are unsure whether it is current for your equipment, include its title and revision.

Knowledgebase answers provide general guidance. For model-specific limits, wiring, protection and commissioning, use the applicable product documentation and your installer's instructions. Contact Litherra if you need help finding the right reference.
